Non Discrimination in Capital Investment Policies
Health
care providers should not make capital investments that have the effect of
disadvantaging communities of color.
Capital
investments in health care facilities should promote access to health care
for all patients, especially in poor communities and communities of color.
Capital
investments in health care facilities should be made as to reduce racial and
ethnic disparities in health care. |
